i checked my pc's system properties to find the adapter i have, and all it says is "Standard PCI Graphics Adapter"
i still have no idea what my actual video card is
help?

Your Service Tag System info comes up with the Nvidia STB card below. If you still have this same card in the PC:
System Infor; Card (Circuit), Video, 8M, NVIDZX, STB, Dimension
Go here and download the drivers (Win 95/98). Follow instructions to install. In case link does not work go to file number R19784
