Hi Alex,

Welcome to the Dell Community Forum,

Please try performing the following steps in order to identify the right hardware component failure.

1. Shut down the computer
2. Remove any USB / cables connected to computer, including the AC Adapter and battery
3. Press and hold Power Button for a minute to release the flea power
4. Restart the computer and press F12 at the start up, select option Diagnostics

Complete all the tests and make a note of any error message.

Update : solved the issue by other means. The issue is with the latest bios update. I had updated the bios to the latest version. Switched back the bios to previous version and since then it'd working well and fine.

Update : the problem is not yet resolved. Its appearing again. Diagnostics shows that there's no hardware issues
