What is the error you get when you try to access a site? Are other devices working on the same network?
Please confirm what steps have been carried out to diagnose the problem until now.
Press Windows key + R, type in CMD, hit enter
under command prompt, type IPCONFIG and press enter again.
Check if there is a default gateway populated and put the Default gateway IP in the address bar on the browser and confirm if you're able to get access to the same.
If you can access the default gateway, then the laptop hardware is working fine and you will need to contact your ISP. If not, write back and we will take this forward.
I would suggest you to boot the system into Safe mode to check if the Internet is working also disable the firewall on the system to check if the Internet works.
In addition, please try with a different Internet browsers .
• 1-the machine was tested on wifi network and the cable in my home and at my Office. Not accessed any site on the internet although he was connected to a network with 30 mega broadband in both places. The two connections did the ping at a command prompt and twice I got pinged site's response showing that the machine was connected. In my house has more 3 notes (2 HP and an Apple) and a dell desktop. All connect and access the internet without problems. All smartphones using the wifi network of home and work perfectly.
• 2-tried to restore the system by choosing an earlier point when the machine worked. The sensor is unable to do the restoration. More than once the message is that because of a file either the system cannot be recovered.
• 3-tried to restore the factory setting (defautl) through F2, F9 to restore factory defaults and F10. Also nothing happened. It was not restored. The machine does not perform these procedures.
• 4-I used the resources to diagnose and repair the network of internet. In both cases the information is that there is no problem. The machine is connected.
• 5-I checked the proxy settings to see if there were any installed configuration, but was set up to locate the settings automatically.
• 6-I ran the ipconfig at the command prompt, and put the IP numbers, Mask and gateway to see if with fixed IP I could navigate. Nothing, the machine gets connected but not navigate. Reverted to automatic search configuration.
• 7-at the command prompt ipconfig commands execute ipconfig release ipconfig-renew--ipconfig flushdns ipconfig-registerdns command-nbtstat-rr-netsh int ip reset all-netsh winsock reset and exit. Did not result in anything. The machine is still connected but does not access the internet.
• 8-tried to enter safe mode by plugging the machine pressing the F8 key and the machine does not go into safe mode to run the proposed. Ran the procedure several times without success.
• The reality is that I haven't been able to progress in a machine essential for my job even with its technical guidance. There is a serious problem with Dell equipment that deserves more attention. Just access the computer forums on the internet and check the amount of complaints with brand name equipment.
• I would like to have a definitive solution. Or a procedure that the machine be able to execute since regular and easy procedures in other types of similar equipment of other brands are achieved without difficulty and in the equipment Dell does not.
• Or to provide address or phone of Dell authorized service center since I can't find in any document that accompanied the equipment.
Good work on Troubleshooting. Sorry for the delayed response. Disable the firewall on the system to check if you are able to go online.
Also, we need to check if the issue is caused due to any application installed on the system. So please clean boot the system using the link below and check if the issue reoccurs.
Clean booting the applications on your system would have changed the timing slot of the application which would have caused the conflict on the Internet applications on your system.

Hi José,
