Hello filippos2. Your issue is substantially different from that of crest7. Your audio is working. We know that because you can hear it through headphones. Your issue is that the audio is not coming through your laptop's speakers.
On the other hand, there is no audio at all in crest7's laptop, either in the speakers or headphones.
