Hi JonnyDev,

Please run the diagnostics on the computer by following the steps mentioned in the video below and check if there is any issue with the hardware on your system.

Also, connect an external USB keyboard to check if it works. If external Keyboard works then I would suggest you to update the BIOS on the computer. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, then download the BIOS required onto the system and install it.

Hi Ravi,

I updated drivers and bios but it didnt make a difference. 

I also tried running the diagnostics tool for the keyboard and uploaded a video to youtube demonstrating the keys not being logged 

How can I get this fixed? Thanks
