As I wrote, I have a DVI-D Dual Link Cable. I take a photo to that! So...is there a possibility to solve this problem? I really need an answer to fix it and using my pc.
Maybe the problem is generated by the graphic card? I read the tech info of the Intel HD 4600 and it supports the 2K resolution by DVI-D...so I decided to write in ti forum because I didn't get what is the problem!
I don't have another 2K monitor to test the graphic card so I suppose it could be better that I buy a new dedicated graphic card. I mean..this is the final solutiin but if it could be possibile, I want to use the one I have.
By the way, do you think the Nvidia Quadro K2000 can be sole this problem?
"do you think the Nvidia Quadro K2000 can be sole this problem?" Unknown. Another user with that video card and monitor would have to chime in with their findings.

Are you using the DVI-D Dual Link cable (left one) that shipped in the U2711 box?

No, I'm using a DVI-D Dual Link cable that I've bought on Amazon because I haven't the original one shipped in the U2711 box. Is that a problem?

Do the pins on your amazon cable look like the one on the left in the picture from my previous post?

I would test the monitor and cable on another system to see if the issue is present. If not, the culprit is not the monitor or cable.
