I have a similar issue, when since upgrading my xps13 L321x to windows 10, my display goes fuzzy/glitching/corrupted, you can still make out whats on the screen. if I close the lid, and open the lid, then i'm presented with the logon screen which looks ok again, and when I log on then the display is ok.
This started immediately after the windows 10 update.

I have encountered the same issue except only when running on battery, it last a few to 30 seconds a goes away rebooting helps but it quickly reverts
