Yes it is under warranty.. I have an half year a warranty... but maybe there is a solution .. every test that I did not given me a reason why it's been... after 4-5 times that i turn off and turn on again the startup works and that's the reason that it's strange cause after few times it's works..
As you guessed it correctly 1 beep is pointing to CMOS battery but also it points to motherboard, if removing the battery didn't help, then the best solution is to replace the motherboard.
