How about in safemode?? Have you tried updating video drivers and BIOS ??

Place the system in BIOS for couple hours and check if it still shuts down

Also I cleaned the fan with compressed air, some dust came from there, but it is clean now but noise still remained.

Also today morning when I switched computer back on there was error message ... Driver Thread Stuck ... But after switching it on it was working fine.

Yes I tried step about safe mode and indeed computer was not shuting down. But I copyed my data and restored factory settings and then updated everything and now it seems to be not shuting off. Only annoying noise from the space where is fan is still here.
