I’d advise that you load defaults in the BIOS and check for issue resolution. Please follow the steps mentioned below to load the BIOS to defaults.
Reboot the computer.
When prompted during POST, press the key to enter the setup screen.
On the System Setup screen, press the key.
Press the key on Yes to Load Optimized Defaults and restart the computer.
Also, Please run the diagnostics on the computer by following the steps mentioned in the video below and check if there is any issue with the hardware on your system.
As the diagnostics have passed the Fan running is normal on the computer. The fan would increase its RPM to reduce the temperature on the hardware of your computer.

I've already tried to do that. It hasn't worked out.
As a diagnostic tool says everything is fine with my computer hardware.
