Additional non 2560 monitor S/N CN-OWJJGR-72872-48L-A2TM
REV A01
I'll have to check my wife's at home.
Do you think this is a difference between the A01 and A02? Is there a way for me to perform a firmware update to correct this? Would Dell do a swap/exchange?
S/N:CN-0WJJGR-72872-48Q-AJ6M REV A02 = August 26, 2014 S/N CN-0WJJGR-72872-45U-A1PM REV A01 = May 30, 2014 S/N CN-OWJJGR-72872-48L-A2TM REV A01 = August 21, 2014
The details of the differences are not provided to us. Firmware updates are only performed in our service center. Based on the chart on page 24, 2560x1440 is an unknown/untested resolution. You could exchange the A01s but it may not fix the issue. Regardless of the label, the used exchanges will be at the latest revision.

List the 20 digit serial numbers and revisions for all P2815Q. Can you test your monitor on her computer?
