Inspiron 14z Core i3 5423 Bluetooth and wifi problem

Question

I am using windows 8.1 but my wifi is not working. I downloaded this driver  http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=50MT3&fileId=3287433414&osCode=WB64A&productCode=inspiron-14z-5423&languageCode=EN&categoryId=NI but when I try to install this but not installed .An error occurred which 'Activate bluetooth using wireless switch'. Now I want solution to this problem soon.

Have you verified that your system has he 1704 card and not the Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2230 Bluetooth card listed in the downloads for the Inspiron 5423?

To activate your Bluetooth in Windows 8.1 follow the steps below.

Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, tap Settings, and then tap Change PC settings. ...
Tap or click PC and devices, and tap or click Bluetooth.
Turn Bluetooth on.
