First, be sure your 7 install media has SP1 integrated - that it's not an original Windows 7 install disc.

thanks for real....is this gonna be a problem - my windows disk does not have sp1 intergrated.... i always get sp1 when i update windows.....and jus incase it makes any difference - i ran my windows install disk anytime i changed hardrives basically to just format hardisk...but this is my first harddrive without the drivers allready installed...thanks . gonna go try it now

mine dont have intergrated sp1...i get sp1 with my updates....is that win disk not gonna work?
