Thanks for writing to Dell.

When did the issue start? Were there any hardware or software changes done recently?

As you mentioned that a screen pops and you press enter, what is the message on that pop up screen??

Please check if the system loads fine in safemode.

Run the diagnostics as well by tapping f12 and select diagnostics.

Let us know the outcome.
