Need to know Warranty period

Hi,

Recently I bought inspiron 14 inch laptop and please help me to know the laptop warranty start date and expiry date.

I got confuse when see below table, many types are given. Please see below warranty info:

Hi Praveen,

You have Next business day warranty on your Dell system which would expire on October 02, 2017. The initial warranty which came with the system was till July 02, 2016 which was extended for one more year.

Thanks for your response. Just now I checked your reply.

Today I called dell customer dell care number regarding laptop warranty and they told me that it has only 290 days warranty.

Could you please provide me more details regarding warranty. Please find my laptop service tag number- <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy>

Sorry for the confusion. The warranty on your system stands till October 02, 2017 which is 744 days from today. Please let us know if you have any other queries.

Hello and good afternoon

It is best to pay for warranties when you purchase the computer as they are considerably cheaper.

Call Customer Care; 800-456-3355 and inquire about extending and adding to your warranty.

There are 3 warranties: Pro Support or Pro Support Plus, NBD (Next Business Day onsite) when a Dell Technician determines that you have defective hardware and Dell will overnight the part(s) and a third party technician will call you and inform you when he will arrive. Lastly but very important is Complete Care coverage which covers Spills, Dropping the system, etcetera.

Perhaps you should consider extending the warranty while there is time remaining with your current warranty.
