Inspiron 7548 - Unable to select Graphics Card

Question

My Dell has two graphics cards, the Intel and a discrete card. I used to be able to right click and select an option to chose which card runs for which app. Recently I had some repair work carried out by Dell. For some reason, they wiped my SSD, so it came back with just a basic version of windows on it. No Dell software, nothing. It took hours to get it all back up to date. I then switched to Window 10 - no problem. However, I've lost the ability to chose the graphics card I want to use. The right click option is no longer there, but the system can see both graphics cards. I'm guessing I'm either missing a bit of software that was not put back on when my SSD was wiped, or Windows 10 update has messed it up?

Fixed this.

After wiping my SSD (For no reason) Dell didn't bother reinstalling the software I needed.

So I downloaded the Radeon M270 drivers from the Dell support site, extracted the file and installed only Catalyst. Quick reboot and the "configure switchable graphics" option was back.

Must say it's a little poor from Dell to wipe my SSD & then send my laptop back with only the minimum of software installed - i.e. Windows 8. I had to download a ton of updates and other software to get it back to where it was before.
