I have the same problem. I've had issues with it, as soon as the warranty expired, had to pay $70 for a charger..., today it won't even torn on, and I need it for school among other things. I' ve had it for over 18 months, and it's been trying my nerves for the past 6 months. I paid over $1000 for it, ( looking for the receipt right now). I was at Best Buy to get a laptop from Apple when I was persuaded by their agent that it would be a waste of money, and that the Dell Inspiron 14 would do the tasks I need. Worst computer I've ever had or heard of. Not sure what to do, since Best Buy refuses to have anything to do with it.
