Sound Problems

Question

Some videos have fine audio. Others have no audio, or it sounds far away and stutter and in a tunnel, others have good audio for the music but the vocals are extremely faint and have the stutter and tunnel effect at the same time while music and other effects are playing well.

Did you check the Dell File Library for your system model and reinstall the system chipset drivers, then the audio driver?
