Hallo DELL-AKSHATHA M,

i had run a complete on board diagnostic test and the results was pretty  ok. nothing goes wrong with both software and hardware.which is the next step to overcome the problem?

The fan needs to be replaced -- place a call to Dell support to have a warranty repair scheduled according to the terms of your warranty (onsite if you purchased onsite service;  return to depot if that's what your warranty supports).
