Hi,

Go into Device Manager, remove the network drivers totally, then reboot the system.  Allow Windows to try to find a native network driver that may work for you.   Win10 is supposed to have native drivers for most network cards so hopefully this will work, at least to an extent you can get online to update to a better driver.

If this doesn't work please let us know what model desktop you have and the type of network card you're using.  (i.e., wireless or wired card, manufacturer and model number).
