Please check the windows 7 version you have installed, whether it is a (32bit or a 64bit) OS. There are drivers available only for the 64bit version, also check the system specifications to install the right drivers using the below links.

i am using dell inspiron 15 3000series i last my intel hd graphics so i download again intel hd grpahics but it shows msg this system does not meet minimum reqirement .
