Hi minhhien1996,

Was the system working fine while on W8.1? Is the issue seen only on W10?

Update the BIOS from support.dell.com - http://dell.to/1kGWIcI - enter the service tag and select drivers and downloads and run the BIOS update.

If the issue is not resolved, then send me the service tag of the system and your contact details through a private conversation. Or you could contact us via Twitter - @dellcarespro - for faster communication.

Keep us updated.

I updated my bios to the lastet version, A10. I tried all version of the video graphic driver. A fresh install of windows 10 made nothing better. But when i recovered it  to windows 8.1 using factory recovery, the GPU work fine. Now I 'm using windows 8.1 and waiting for the next version of driver from Dell to reinstall windows 10.

Hi minhhien1996,

Could you send us a screenshot of the device manager?

Download and install this driver through device manager - update driver option - http://intel.ly/1S20kIk

I have the same problem. My laptop is the new inspiron 13 Skylake edition and it too has issue with drivers.  Graphics is 520 HD Intel and I ran benchmarks and it showed it was operating at 40% of the cards potential.

I tried drivers from all sources, dell driver, windows update driver, and intel driver too. Nothing better. My friend has a intel hd 4400 on his latitude e3540 and it works very well with windows 10.

Here is 2 screenshots of device manager and the intel hd hardware ids.

i also discovered a new bug which i think it make sure that the problem is on intel hd. I played a 1080p video at youtube and it seem not smooth, and that 's worse when i tried a 4K video

Same issue here, with Windows 7/8/8.1 I can play/run anything. With Windows 10 performance are terrible, even with Windows itself. For instance start menu animations are extremely slow.
