Hello. You should contact tech support directly if you want to send them a message. I doubt that they follow these community boards which are meant for owner-to-owner communication.

Sorry you're getting no audio on the 9333. 

I might be able to fix this for you. Can you PM me your Service Tag so I can check your system specs.

I have exactly the same problem on a brand new 9333.  I'd appreciate any help you can give me as I've already wasted about 8 hours trying to fix the *** thing. 

I can let you have my service tag (how do I PM you?)

Sounds like this is a know fault so why does a brand new machine get issued like this? Bit of a QA problem.

Hello Colin H, sorry for bothering you. I have struggled through several reinstalls of Windows 10 64-bits, but the issue with "No Audio Input Device is installed." remains. I've got a DELL XPS 13 9333 and my trouble seems very similar to the one described here.

I wonder if you have any suggestions for me?
