Laptop or Desktop computer? Model? Verify that the computer chipset drivers are up to date by forcing windows updates to re-scan. Is the U2413 USB upstream cable connected to a USB 3.0 port (not USB 2.0) on the computer? Are there other USB 3.0 ports on the computer to test on?
the monitor is connected to Laptop Fujutsu Lifebook E554 with 3 USB3.0 ports.
Everything looks up to date.
Now i have installed Dell Calibration Tool version 1.5.8
After all the drivers update, when i plug the monitor with USB under the USB device i see appearing 2 Generic USB HUB without any warning, but the calibration still tools doesn't recognize a monitor
I tried with all the 3 usb ports on laptop same result.
* The monitor should be set to Factory Defaults in the OSD (On Screen Display). Look for Other Settings- Factory Reset- Reset All Settings * The monitor USB upstream cable must be connected to the computer USB port * In a two or more monitor setup, only ONE monitor should be connected to the computer at a time when calibrating * DP 1.2 must be disabled in the monitor OSD (On Screen Display) before calibration * The Xrite i1Display Pro device should be tested in TWO ways = Test it on all of the monitor bottom USB downstream ports Test it connected directly to the computer USB port

The Serial n° is CN-084K96-72872-528-AGIL with REV A02
This morning is appeared under device manager an unrecognized PCI device which i have manually configured as
X-Rite Device --> i1 Display
the system says the device is working correctly
Apart the new PCI device, when I plug the monitor USB cable i always get under devices
2 Generic USB HUB
2 Generic superspeed USB HUB
But the result in The calibration Tool remain the same i1 Display not found
Thank's

More notes for you =
* The monitor should be set to Factory Defaults in the OSD (On Screen Display). Look for Other Settings- Factory Reset- Reset All Settings

* In a two or more monitor setup, only ONE monitor should be connected to the computer at a time when calibrating
* DP 1.2 must be disabled in the monitor OSD (On Screen Display) before calibration
* The Xrite i1Display Pro device should be tested in TWO ways =
Test it on all of the monitor bottom USB downstream ports
Test it connected directly to the computer USB port
