Bluetooth issue on dell inspiron 15 - 3537

Question

i have issues with connecting to and detecting blue tooth devices on dell inspiron 3537. The blue tooth device does not detect any devices no matter ho close bring my phones, tabs to the laptop. Infact i never got the bluetooth working on this laptop. hello,

Yes the bluetooth device seen in the device manager. I don't remember the blue tooth ever working. Neither the system can be seen by other devices nor other devices can see the system. I have allowed discovery of this device from blue tooth settings.

I also deleted bluetooth drivers and re - installed the bluetooth/wifi drivers from the file DW1705_W8.14_X01_A00_Setup-XHGTY_ZPE.exe , but still dosent solve my problem.

Is the system seen by other devices??

If yes to the above question, then try to transfer a file from your phone to system and let us know.

I think maybe you are not find the right Bluetooth/wifi driver for your system, and you can find all the bluetooth/wifi driver from here: https://www.driverdr.com/dell-drivers/dell-inspiron-15-3537-drivers-free-download, find the right system bluetooth driver for inspiron 3537. And if you have no idea, you can try to use a free driver scanner software to help you. Use tools to help solve driver problem is an easy way.
