I tried to install the Dell Touchpad driver (Input_Driver_CN4KX_WN32_19.0.9.4_A00) from the link above but doesn't work, I got an error messsage: "This app can't run on your PC".
Please check the System Setup(BIOS) version on your laptop by typing msinfo32 into the Cortana bar. The latest BIOS version for your laptop is A09, updated Nov 18, 2015. If needed, update the latest BIOS then go back and try updating the touchpad driver.
If it been less then 30 days since you have upgraded to windows 10, you can roll back to windows 7. Please follow steps below:
1. Click Settings
2. Update & Security
3. Recovery
4. You should see the option to roll back to windows 7
However, if it been over 30 days, you should look online for a generic touchpad driver for your laptop. The Dell touchpad driver on my laptop is from Synaptics. You can start there.....
It look like you have downloaded malware. I like to recommend downloading Malwarebytes Anti -Malware Free, it's the best for getting rid of nasty malwares. Please click the link below, stroll down a little, you'll see the Malwarebytes download.

I have a similar laptop which is a Inspiron 3543. Here's a snapshot of my Dell touchpad driver in Device Manager.

" Firstly I installed Windows 7 (x32), with all drivers from Dell support "
:emotion-2:
The touchpad driver listed in the link is for the windows 10-64bit. Dell haven't list any touchpad 32bit driver for your laptop yet.

There're no touchpad driver under "Mice and other pointed devices " in the photo. What is Unknown device? Malware ? Generic touchpad driver ?

Yes, I have no touchpad driver under "Mice and other devices"since I installed Win 10.
I don't know what is Unknown device. That's all I see in Hardware Ids:
ACPI\VEN_INT&DEV_33C2&REV_0004
ACPI\VEN_INT&DEV_33C2
ACPI\INT33C2
*INT33C2
