Windows 10 does not load on initial startup on Inspiron 17 5000 Series

Question

EVERY time I start up, I have to do a hard shut down and wait a few minutes and turn the laptop back on.  It takes up to 5 minutes sometimes for it to load and go to password screen.  This has happened since loading Windows 10. Why is it doing this and how do I correct it?  I am not a techy person so simple instructions are appreciated. Thank you, LLong

I like to suggest you update the System Setup(BIOS) on your computer. Please enter your service tag number on the link below, then download the BIOS required onto the system and install it.
