Horrible order experience

I ordered a Inspiron 15 7559 on 2/15

My order was stuck in the "Order Processing" status for over 48 hours. I contact support by chat and I'm told the order is on hold by Dell Financial Services and I will need to contact them. I emailed them and get no response.

Yesterday I called them on my lunch break and I'm on hold for almost an hour while they work with the verification dept.  I am told the hold is now cleared.

Order has still not changed. I contact support and guess what, it is still being held by DFS. I tell them this is beyond ridiculous and to cancel the order. Well to do that we will need to transfer you to another dept.

What kills me the most is that I have gotten NO notification that there is a billing issue.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen. If this is how to treat customers trying to GIVE you money I can't image what I have to go through to get support on the machine.

I'm not wasting any more of my time on hold with support so I guess the order can just rot until it gets canceled.
