I would delete the printer/driver you installed. Then plug in the printer via USB. You should get a plug and play event. Then allow windows 10 to download the Microsoft native driver for it.
I may have a similar problem and need guidance. My 2330dn worked fine with Windows 8.1 but now I cannot get the driver to install under Windows 10, even though the my laptop does recognize the printer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers several times. I have removed the device from the Control Panel to trigger the driver installation, as suggested in one place, but this has done nothing.
Also, connecting to the printer (through the usb drive) is throwing off the internet within a few minutes, and I get a message about conflicting channels.

Actually the Dell Support site does claim Win10 support. Was the file you downloaded.....
Dell_2330_2350_ACH_Admin.exe?
