Being a reseller. We cannot guarantee that debenhamsplus is shipping you a monitor that has not already been returned to them multiple times. Nor will they tell you that they had done this. The monitor sits in their warehouse getting old. Before too long, they could have older revisions. What is the 20 digit serial number and A0x revision? Using that, I can tell you when it was built and shipped from Dell.
* Take the computer and video cables out of the troubleshooting by then running the monitor BID (Built-In Diagnostic), page 56-58 * Post pictures of the colored screens in the BID showing the issue

Thanks for the reply.
Being a customer I do not want to see either Dell or the reseller playing football with the customer when the product has a problem.
The S/N is: CN-09DD4K-74445-5AG-BFJL
The Rev is: A06 (What does A0x means could you please explain?)
And I have attached the photos while runing BID.

I wrote A0x as an example because I could not know what revision you have.
5AG = manufactured on October 16, 2015. So they had it for almost 6 months.
You may return it to them for refund or exchange (Faults Occurring Within 30 Days of Receipt) or get an exchange from us.
