Hello. The advice posted by Robin D is not completely correct.
WavesMaxx is bundled with the audio driver from the manufacturer of the audio hardware on the motherboard. When you installed the new Windows, the audio driver you had was replaced with the Windows native audio driver, which does not have WavesMaxx.
The solution is to do download and install the audio driver that Dell supplies for your model.
Either go to the Dell support page for your laptop model and download the audio driver from there, or post back here with the full model name of your laptop AND the operating system (Windows 10?) and I will provide a link to the audio driver that you need.
