The question is, was the AMD GPU working after the recovery but BEFORE you attempted to install the driver you installed?
Bear in mind there is indeed no display directly attached to the AMD GPU on this system - the display is connected ONLY to the Intel GPU, which funnels ALL video data, even if processed through the AMD GPU, through to the display panel.
The AMD graphics card wasn't working before the recovery nor did it after the recovery. I made sure I had all of the drivers but still, my FPS is lower than expected. Even a game like League of Legends can't run on low on more than 40 FPS.
