Please try updating the video drivers, as per the error its talking about windows 8, but you mentioned the system is on windows 10. So please ensure windows 10 drivers are installed.
Also do PM us the system tag# by clicking on my name in blue and then select send a private message will check for the drivers and send the link.

Windows 10 is a very difficult system and I prefer Windows h because he is running most of the games, I think the time Windows 10 is not yet comes

I installed the drivers but the same thing happened twice again when I was working on Microsoft Excel.
Is there a way to unistall the current drivers and get back to default?
Or is there another possible solution?
