my DELL inspiron 7559 hang and i cant turn it off
my dell inspiron 7559, hang in the middle of the game (Sniper Ghost Warrior 2) and it freeze, i dont know what to do because i cant turn it off with its power botton ... the speed of the fan is high. what should i do with this, should open the back case ang remove the battery to turn off or what?

Press and hold the power button for 30 sec. The system will turn off.

I had this problem with my Inspiron 15 (7559) while editing a text document. The system completely hung. No response from keyboard or mouse pad. And pressing the power button for more than 30 seconds had no effect.
In the end, I removed the back cover and disconnected the battery.
This seems likely to be a BIOS problem. I have BIOS version 1.1.7, 16 Feb 2016.
Another possible symptom I've noticed lately is brief (sub-second) audio glitches, like a buzz, during video and audio playback in a variety of software players, i.e. it's a problem at the system level.
