Thanks for writing to  us. 

When did the issue start? Have you made any hardware or software changes lately?

Please update the USB drivers from support.euro.dell.com-enter tag#-submit-drivers and downloads--chose the operating system and install the chipset drivers. 

Does it happens with all USB port?

Let us know how it goes. 

If all the devices are disconnecting randomly still , please format the machine post backing up the data. If  still the same, then its a hardware failure.

I believe it maybe due to when i put windows 10 on here, it happens on all 3 usb ports. But lately I haven't updated anything I'm not always on my laptop.
