Dell does not repair monitors. We simply exchange them per the purchased warranty limitations. Apple also does not repair their monitors, they exchange them. They only repair screens on iPhone and tablet.
Unfortunately, this would be considered "customer caused damage" and is not covered by the standard warranties. At the point of sale, you had to have purchased the additional "Accidental Damage Service" warranty for us to cover a "customer caused damage" issue. You cannot add the Accidental Damage Service warranty after the device is already broken.
It is not possible to get it repaired through Dell. Dell does not sell monitor components. You will need to search eBay for someone selling the panel and then have a local TV/Monitor repair store replace the panel.

Please write in 'customer centric language' not internal dell speak.
What are my options for this monitor?
Is it possible to get it repaired?

How can I get it fixed is what I want to know. Dell has just left me with no solutions.
You should be able to repair your screens if they crack so easily. Apple is able to repair cracked iphone and other product screens.
