Built on October 15, 2015. Did you test the other Hz (2560x1440 60Hz/85Hz/100Hz/120Hz) to see if the issues stopped? Is the video card pixel clock 586MHz or higher?

I still see ghosting at the alternate display frequencies.  It's actually more noticeable at lower frequencies, especially 60 Hz.  I have a GTX 980Ti, so I would assume the current flagship (until tomorrow) NVIDIA card could drive the monitor.  It looks like through the NVIDA control panel the pixel clock is at  569.844 MHz.  It's below the 586 MHz you're specifying, but I don't see a way to adjust that value up to 586 MHz.

Nvidia itself told us that to use 2560x1440 at 144Hz correctly, the video card pixel clock must be 586MHz or higher. So you will need to ask the use the users on the Desktop Video board which video card overclocking software you should try. Perform the monitor BID (Built-in Diagnostics). If the BID does not show the issue, the monitor itself is fine. If the BID does show the issue, get it exchanged.
