LCD color patterns

Question

The LCD of my laptop started displaying pink and black spots on the screen two days back. These spots pooped in all of a sudden and continue to remain there. One of them are the at the left hand side top , other three almost at the middle as pointed put in the yellow colored circles.Also there's a pink colored delineation of roughly 1 cm at the bottom of the LCD screen. This vertical and horizontal pink lines have persisted for more than 2 months. However there's no problem in functioning. Help would be really appreciated.
