Thanks for the reply! My main issue at this point I guess is less about the fact that the order was cancelled but the fact that it was cancelled because of the failure of Dell Support to properly do their job, yet telling me that they had indeed done what I had asked, which resulted in my order being cancelled.
Is there really no efforts that can be made to try to rectify an issue caused by Dell Support agents? If my order had been cancelled due to an error caused on my end I would understand, but this is more of an issue with no one at Dell trying to take ownership for making a mistake that resulted in my order being cancelled.
That just doesn't seem right and it shouldn't be how a business treats its customers.
