I'm pretty sure it's A10, just labelled incorrectly. Not the first time i've had this on my 9343 though. Had a couple of drivers showing as needing tan updated despite having already installed the update.
After installing the BIOS update. Log into your system and press [Windows] and [ r ] and type in msinfo32 and press [Enter]. Let us know what the BIOS version and the SMBIOS version is.
Dell needs to QC there update roll outs to make sure that they change the associated update files from the previous update. When will companies realize that their customer base is their best quality control and should provide a means to receive that input. 3rd world technology is frustrating. Time for Apple.
I'm having the same experience with this BIOS update. Both the "Dell SupportAssist" and "Dell Update" apps have the same issue.
Similarly, SupportAssist also tells me over and over that I need to update my "Chipset - Intel Management Engine Components Installer Drive" no matter how many times I install it.
Now I'm having Dell Update continually popping up on screen suggesting that I install Bios A10.
If I proceed then it downloads and installs A09 and immediately after reboot, it suggests that I install Bios A10......so it's just looping and driving me crazy.
I'm also having the 'Chipset - Intel Management Engine Components' message to update when it already is installed - this is Support Assist and not through the Dell Update though, so not as annoying and in my face.
Dell really needs to get their act together and fix this up. Their reputation in my view is diminishing.

Looks like the file is really A09 then. Let me ask my Dell contacts to check this issue.

I am also stuck at this BIOS update. This is of course right after warranty expires.
