Also run Memtest86+ to make sure the RAMs are error-free.

Hi, this is the working laptop of my collegue so I can't take for a long time. I run memtestx86 tool, wait untill first run will be finished - no any errors.

Hello, the problem still exists so I have to come back to solving it. I tried to re-seat the RAM modules - no changes. What is service tag?

Hi,
I forgot to close this thread - I've changed RAM modules in the shop. Now it works good.
