Can't insert my microphone into the headset port
I can't insert my headpohone-microphone into the headset port. My headphone is like the one use in smartphones, its divided in 4 parts. I'm afraid if I push harder (and I think I'm alredy being quite rude) my laptop might be damage.
Why I can't insert it?
My laptop is a Inspiron 15, 5000 series. Is only 3 days old.

Hi Hugo,
We’re listening. We’ll surely try and assist. We request you to connect a different headphones and check if you are facing the same trouble. Please check if there is any dust particles or any external objects in the port and we’d appreciate if you can send a clear picture of the port, so that we can check if the port is damaged.

I've alredy tried with other headphones and I couldn't insert them neither. There isn't any dust particles (the laptop is just some few days old) and I dont see any external object in the port.
