Dell Inspiron 15R 5537 battery
When I turn on my 4-year-old laptop from sleep mode, it won't turn on until I pop the battery out and put it back in. Should I replace the battery? I'm having no other problems. I always work with it plugged in to AC.

I'm assuming windows 10 is on the system.....
Please check status of the Battery Health in the BIOS by following steps below:
1. Power off system. Remove all peripherals except AC adapter
2. Power on system, quickly start tapping F2 key continuously.
The battery health should be listed in battery information. It should say Excellent.....

By the way, does the computer work without the battery ?
