Thank you but the 'I already did, however, the diagnostic lights 2 and 4light still and the PC do not boot.

The second part of the question makes no sense - remove the graphics card and connect the monitor directly to the VGA port on the mainboard (if there's a black plastic cover over it, you'll need to remove it to connect the monitor).

That would indicate the onboard video has failed - replace the mainboard.

I solved by resetting BIOS
