I tried updating the ControlVault Driver (NOT firmware!!) using Precision Optimizer Application, instead of manual installation. It rendered my Fingerprint Sensor unusable by messing-up with the driver. The problem is that windows sees the driver up to date, even if I have the yellow triangle.
And again, the ControlVault Firmware cannot be installed (says the package is incomplete)
Thank you very much Robert . Anything to take care of in special? Like installation order, or prerequisites? Something that could mess my installation up and send me back to ground zero
