XPS 630i Motherboard

So I recently tried to upgrade my video card but the card I upgraded to works fine for the most part but eventually my monitor will just shut down to power save mode. This happens after anywhere between 10 mins to 4 hours or more of use. It happens while browsing the net, playing a game, whatever. Basically it doesnt have  a set pattern that it goes by.

I contacted the company that made the video card and what they told me is that because of the age of my comp it could be that my motherboard does not fully support UFEI. I have looked high and low for information on the motherboard but cant find any. This is my last stop before trying Dell support services proper. If anyone has any information or could point me in the direction of info this would be greatly appreciated.

Additionally before the company told me this I thought it might be the power supply that needs to be upgraded but now I do not know.

Additional information: I tried another monitor and it still had this problem.

New Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
