Tricked into $109 shipping charge during order process

So I just ordered a desktop from Dell Outlet.  It said I was eligible for free shipping, and I looked over the order and saw $897 in big numbers (computer and tax) right before I press the purchase confirm button. Hit confirm and saw receipt charged me $1006 because they put on $109 shipping for the same shipping that was supposed to be free.    Most online companies default to the least expensive, or the free, option if you don't upgrade, but Dell defaults to charging $109 instead of free.   Absolutely unbelievable.    Now I have to try to cancel this order first thing before it ships, and I had the perfect configuration picked out for my son.     Absolutely won't forget this.

Hello!  I did a test transaction using chrome and it didn't seem to happen with me.  I would say it was a glitch unfortunately.

Well that's great for you, but I could duplicate this at will on both Chrome and Firefox.   The platform matters.   I am on Windows 10 Pro.
