Hi bigmowillie,

Thanks for posting.

Here are the specs for the game:

An Intel Core i5/AMD X8 FX-8350 and a GeForce GTX 660/Radeon HD 7870 would work fine.

Thanks for your reply Robert.  From the specs you listed, I should be fine, with the exception of the processor speed- you mentioned 2.5 GHZ but my A10-8700P is 1.8GHZ but has 4 cores and I guess it runs at 3.3GHZ. So, if it is at 3.3, I cannot figure out why this game is not working.  My video card has 2GB of memory, it is an AMD R9 360,  guessing "OEM".  The A10 chip has AMD r6 graphics as well.  When I load the game, it recognizes my 2GB of memory.  I ran CPUIZ and it lists my memory as 8GB RAM at single channel. Could this be the problem? You listed intel core I5/AMD X8 FX-8350, GeForce GTX 660/Radeon HD 7870, however I have none of those. Would you be able to look at my specs listed above and let me know if there is anything I can do to improve? Cannot replace CPU.  No reason to replace Video Card as this checks out as meeting recommended, RAM is sufficient but would more help? Can I manipulate the processor to run faster?  Is weak power supply causing any issues? Seems like this box is designed to run at low power. Using DDR3L RAM, 240 Watt PSU? I have never heard of one so low. The specs for this PSU were not listed when purchasing either. I am hoping that "Gaming System" advertised by Dell in late 2015 would be able to run a game that came out 2 years prior. Just looking for help. Kinda frustrating that this doesn't work. Thanks.

Windows 10, home I think. All windows and programs closed. Nothing sticks out as resource hog in processes. I will call dell technical support tonight. Hopefully they can jump on there. If no fix I will return it. Never have I had this happen

Version of Windows?

What and how much "junk" is running in the background that's hogging resources, eg CPU time and/or RAM?
