I cancelled both orders. I had to say speak to a customer service representative even though the automated system doesn't suggest as an option. Every automated option failed to see my purchase ID in the system.

I was told I would receive a confirmation email on the order cancellations, but have yet to receive it, so I'm going to take it on faith.

It may be a while before I order off Dell's site again for products, because it was that bad of an experience.

The order cancel line I was recommended was 1-800-247-2076, and again request to speak to a customer service rep if your purchase or order number is not found in Dell's system.
