Sim card is not recognized - DELL e5270
Hi,
I have installed the WWAN card model "DW5811e Snapdragon X7 LTE (GSM)" to my e5270 and despite the fact that SIM card is already inserted, the cellular status show "insert sim". The same sim card was working fine on latitude e7275. the WWAN card driver was updated to the latest.
Can anyone advise what i miss here?

Hello Sarawut_H,
Please check with another sim card in the same slot. There are 2 drivers available for 5811e. Please try them both.
If the issue remains, please send me a private message by clicking on my DELL-username with the service tag and contact details.
